Policy and agreement:
When purchasing a ride you have agreed to the following below.
Refund
Rider will pay a $3 cancellation fee if canceled anytime on the day of trip before trip start (which starts 15 minutes before pick up time.)
Once the 15 minutes have been approached and started, canceled rides will charged $6 and will you will receive the remaining funds. This payment will be to take care of time for scheduling, transactions and tax cost.
Lost and found
If any belongings have been left behind, when purchasing a ride the rider will be charged up to $5-10. This covers interruption of current time to search and travel to drop off belongings. Pay via cash app or Venmo account given before driver leaves to deliver lost and found. Cash upon arrival not accepted. Payment must be received before pulling off.
Damage
To avoid damage is to have damage control. By making sure and removing all sharp objects from pockets, no lid drinks (CAPS ONLY), avoid eating, remove objects out of vehicle with care, avoid treading messy and careless human beings along, keep all feet on the floor, do not put liquid on seats. Such as: pans with food for cookouts, ice, wet bags, please hold it until you reach a bathroom etc. Any damage made by the rider and/or it’s party will be held responsible for damage and full damage cost.
